We accept regular returns and exchanges within 30 days of the order delivery date. Shipping fee will not be refunded. For U.S. orders, return is free. For non-US orders, modernmanor is not able to cover return shipping cost. Customer is responsible for return shipping fee.

We accept defective merchandise purchased on modernmanor.site for return or exchange within 100 days of the order’s delivery date

Merchandise must be returned in its original condition. Merchandise returned damaged may be rejected and sent back to the customer at the discretion of modernmanor jewelry. For returns received within 100 days of delivery, we’ll credit your original form of payment.
